At Enae Essentials, we are committed to delivering high-quality beauty services and products.

 Booking Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost.

• The remaining balance is due at your appointment and must be paid via cash, Zelle,or other accepted payment methods (please confirm before your appointment).
Please read our return and refund policy below:

Services:

• All services are final. Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will address the issue. In some cases, we may offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment at our discretion.

Products:

• All sales of beauty products (lashes, lip gloss, press-on nails, etc.) are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

• Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

• However, your deposit is transferable one time if you are late, but if you are late again for a rescheduled appointment, we will not be able to accommodate you, and no further rescheduling will be offered.

• Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running late, and we will do our best to assist you within our schedule.

Enae Essentials Appointment Preparation Guidelines

To ensure the best results from your service, please follow these preparation steps based on your appointment type:

• Lashes: Arrive with a clean face and no eye makeup. Avoid caffeine before your appointment to minimize eye movement.

• Waxing & Vajacials: Arrive with freshly cleansed skin and exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment for smoother results. Avoid shaving for at least 2-3 weeks before waxing.

• Teeth Whitening: Brush and floss before your appointment. Avoid staining foods and drinks (coffee, wine, etc.) for at least 24 hours after treatment to maintain your results.

• Body Sculpting: Drink plenty of water before and after your session to help flush toxins. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol before treatment for optimal results.
